Please also note that OSS does not offer technical support via telephone or live chat. This is mostly due to the fact that OSS now features some 2,000 files; trying to guess what file to open and troubleshoot is impossible. However, we have powerful, automatic "debuggers" that are able to pinpoint most problems immediately -- and save you the maximum amount of time. Our telephone and live chat agents are non-technical and can only re-route your technical needs to LINK SUPPORT. They are not able to troubleshoot your problem.
